• 28-Feb-2004 - You can now get BadPuns jokes directly on your desktop, thanks to our new RSS/XML newsfeed. Feed it into your system with this link: http://www.badpuns.com/onelinerfeed.php.
• 12-Oct-2003 - Created the BadPuns.com forum. The site had a forum previously from Bravenet, but it wasn't very good, and had annoying pop-up ads, so I removed it some time ago. This new one is much better, though.
• 21-Jul-2003 - Added Google Ads to the site, using a vertical panel on the right side of every jokes page.
• 07-Jun-2003 - Two news items today: Firstly, we welcome a new comic feature, When Words Collide, and secondly, we have a new BadPuns.com Dictionary feature, to explain exactly what words like 'spoonerism' actually mean.
• 29-May-2003 - BadPuns has been mentioned on the BBC's Click Online program. If you have a chance to watch the program, I highly recommend it - they've given us a great review.
• 24-May-2003 - Changed the font used for the site. Small change, but it makes quite a difference to the way it looks.
• 24-Aug-2002 - I've improved the joke search to allow similarity searches. Enter "like:joke_id" to find jokes similar to joke_id. There's a direct link from each joke, to make it even easier.
• 12-Aug-2002 - Another giant leap for BadPuns - I've teamed up with CafePress.com, to launch a range of BadPuns.com merchandise. Support your favorite web site by buying a mug.
• 20-Jul-2002 - The new version is finally live. It's been slow going (due to my other commitments), but I hope it's been worth the wait. NB: I've removed the "Mail a joke to a friend" feature, because it was being abused. You are still welcome to send jokes to your friends, but you'll need to copy them into your own email. Sorry.
• 05-Feb-2001 - Another high profile award - We've been mentioned on the USA Today website, on their daily Web Guide.
• 20-Jan-2001 - We have a new cartoon feature: Puntoons, by Mack Rowe. I hope you enjoy them as much I do. Thanks Mack.
• 01-Dec-2000 - BadPuns has received it's most prestigious award to date - A mention in US News & Review, in their Best Websites of 2001 edition - A weekly US print magazine with a 10 million readership.
• 02-Aug-2000 - The jokes search feature is now online! Search our database for a joke.
• 05-May-2000 - This was the date that this site officially went live.
